Frequently asked questions

To apply for a room, click on the “Register” button and create your profile. Browse to the property you would like to apply for, fill out the application form and provide the necessary documents, such as proof of registration, proof of funding, proof of income, and identification. We’ll be in touch within 48 hours.
You will need to provide a completed application form, a copy of your ID, proof of funding if you are FUNDED by an organisation, and proof of registration.
The application process typically takes 48 hours, depending on the completeness of your application and the response time from your references and background checks.
The monthly rent includes the cost of the unit itself, utilities such as water, electricity, and free, unlimited Wifi. Please refer to your specific lease for details.
For maintenance issues, please submit a maintenance request through our tenant portal. For urgent repairs, please make use of the emergency contacts in your lease agreement/welcome pack.
In case of an emergency repair (such as a major water leak or loss of electricity), please make use of the emergency contacts in your lease agreement/welcome pack immediately. We are available 24/7 for emergency repairs.
Any changes or improvements to the rental unit must be approved by property management in writing. Unauthorized alterations may result in charges for restoring the unit to its original condition.
If you need to move out before your lease ends, please log into your Nano Portal, click under the MY ROOM tab, and select CANCEL ACCOMMODATION, the portal opens between the 29th and the 2nd of each month. You are required to give us a 30-day notice in advance.
Your security deposit will be refunded within 20 days after you move out, provided there are no damages beyond normal wear and tear and all outstanding rent and fees have been paid. A detailed statement of any deductions will be provided.
None of our properties are pet friendly at this time.
